Flash Clean Information and Policy

Thank you for choosing Flash Clean for your cleaning services! Our goal is to provide a consistent, quality cleaning service to all of our customers during each visit. In order for you to get the utmost Satisfaction from your cleaning experience, we encourage you to read the following items:

Who: Flash Clean is the professional house cleaning service you can trust. We are fully insured and Bonded for your security and peace of mind. Our fully trained cleaning team will arrive at your home in uniform with our company vehicle.

Team: Our cleaning crews consist of two people. We make every effort to ensure that our regularly scheduled customers have the same cleaning team come to their home week after week, however, we may send a different crew due to an illness or vacation. All of our cleaning crews are trained to provide consistent service each time. Our cleaning crews do not smoke, eat or drink in your home.

Equipment and Supplies: We provide our own equipment and supplies, however, if our customers request, we will use the cleaning supplies they provide. We also periodically service our Vacuum cleaners.

Communication: We gladly appreciate your feedback, You can always send us an e-mail or give us a call in order to let us know your compliments, concerns or questions to ensure your cleaning needs are Being met. We will periodically call or send you an e-mail to ensure we are continuing to provide Exceptional service.

Extra Work: Please inform us in advance if you have a special request that needs to be addressed.

Operation Hours: Our office is open Monday through Friday from Sam to 5pm. We will promptly respond to voicemails and emails that we receive after-hours during the next business day.

Arrival Time: Our cleaning crews clean homes between Sam and 5pm, however, in some instances Our cleaning crews may need to stay past 5pm in order to complete a job. We will not be able to give you a specific time for the cleaning crew’s arrival; however, we wilt make every effort to meet your requested time frame.

Prior to your cleaning: We would like to focus on your cleaning, so we ask that you put away your personal belongings and de-clutter any surfaces.

Lockouts and Keys: Most customers provide us with a key to their home for their convenience. We store the keys in our secure safes at the end of each day. If for any reason you elect not to provide us with a key and we do not have access to your home upon our arrival, there will be a 0 lockout fee. During the cleaning our teams will lock the door and will not allow any unknown person to enter your home.

Safety: Due to insurance and safety issues, our cleaning crews will not move or lift heavy furniture. They also will not stand on furniture to reach any areas.

Security Alarms: Please ensure that if your home is equipped with a security system it is turned off or disarmed on the day of your scheduled cleaning. if you choose to provide us with instructions for aiming or disarming your security alarm, we will not be responsible for any alarms that may be set off.

Children: In order to protect small children from the hazards of cleaning material and supplies, we advise that you do not leave them unattended.

Pets: We would greatly appreciate if you could secure your pets and pick up after them before our arrival.

Accidents/Damage: Accidents are unforeseen; therefore, we ask that you please put away any valuables, antiques, collectibles, crystals and heirlooms. We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs to these items if they are left out. Maid Bright cannot be held accountable or liable for any damages that occur from the following: improper installation of light fixtures and ceiling fans, pictures, mirrors or shelving that are not properly secured to the walls, shower doors or stove parts that are old
or bent, worn door knobs, worn or stained carpeting, faded and chipped paint on the walls, any string mechanism hanging from curtains or blinds, shower soap trays or dispensers that are incorrectly fastened to shower walls and other rotted or deteriorating items. Please notify our office staff if there is anything that requires special care and attention in your home.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Please give us at least a three days advance notice if you would like to skip or reschedule any of your regular cleaning appointments. If your cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will always call you to reschedule your cleaning for a time that is convenient for you. In emergency situations we will accept last minute cancellations up to 7 am on the day of service. Your cleaning fee is based on the frequency of the cleanings as outlined in your initial estimate, If you skip any regularly scheduled cleanings, you will be charged the higher service fee for the subsequent cleaning. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

Payment Policy: We appreciate full payment on the day of the cleaning Please leave your check payment on your kitchen table or kitchen countertop for the team to pick-up. You can also set-up a credit card arrangement. We require a credit card Visa Amex Discover MasterCard on file as a back-up. We will charge your credit card if we do not receive your payment on the same day of your cleaning.

Returned check Fee: If for any reason your check is returned from the bank, there will be a returned check fee.

Evaluation: Reserves the right to re-assess the initial estimate given at anytime based on the amount of time it takes to clean your home and meet your customized cleaning needs and standards. The estimate is valid for 3 months from the date of formation. A Flash Clean representative may need to re-evaluate the estimate given after the specified date.
